Contra Costa Transit constructed Tenant Improvement within leased offices located at 2999 Oak Road in Walnut Creek, CA. The space included two ground floor suites for administrative offices and public Board Room.

The project was split into two (2) phases:
- Phase 1 – Suite 100
15 private offices - Phase 2 – Suite 110
Board Room
For both phases, RLS prepared cable conveyance plans, technology outlet deployment plans, layouts, and connectivity diagrams for the structured cabling design. Final construction documents, including outlet labeling plans, elevations, installation details, and CSI specifications, were also furnished.
RLS also provided AV system design for both phases. Equipment plans and schedules, reflected ceiling plans, key elevations, and mounting details were furnished as required.
