Delos Living, LLC has leased a 22,000-sq. ft. space occupying two (2) contiguous floors at 860 Washington Street, New York, NY. Delos commissioned Gensler to lead the design effort for new Tenant Improvements. As part of this project, the Delos technology infrastructure supporting the deployment of converged building services network, information technology systems, audio-visual systems, physical security systems, and a network of environmental sensors. These improvements will support operations, communications, employee workflow, and well-being.

RLS was appointed by Delos Living, LLC as primary technology design consultants. RLS established the Technology Program and budget, provided all related design and construction documents for the technology infrastructure and systems integration, and oversaw implementation through to project completion.
