The 274,000 sq ft Grand Hyatt SFO is positioned to be a world-class, LEED Gold-certified hotel celebrating health and wellness, local and regional context, and customer hospitality. The Grand Hyatt SFO features approximately 350 varied guest rooms, modern and convenient business centers, flexible meeting venues and ballrooms, health and wellness amenities, and diverse dining experiences. Direct access to AirTrain and at-grade parking for approximately 250 cars make the traveler the top priority.

As Prime Technology Consultant, RLS furnished design services for SFO ITT / Hyatt Special Systems Rooms, Structured Cabling, Telecommunications Systems, Local Area Network (LAN) Systems, and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) Systems.

In addition to designing the Guest Technology Systems, RLS had design responsibility for the AV systems installed in the public spaces, including SFO Flight Information Displays, event space systems, event kiosks, and digital signage.

RLS also designed the building security system, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, Security Local Area Network (SLAN), and security management subsystems.
