Index Ventures

A venture capital powerhouse, Index Ventures is focused on creating “unicorns” for the next tech revolution. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, this forward-thinking firm thought to expand their presence in Silicon Valley with a new US headquarters in San Francisco. The architecture firm of Garcia + Tamjidi was selected to execute Index Ventures’ vision for a clean, high-end environment and RLS was tapped to be the Prime Technology Consultant for the project.

RLS oversaw the design and implementation of technology systems within the office from initial programming through completion and occupancy. In unison with Garcia + Tamjidi, RLS complemented the classic industrial building interior with technology that was both highly functional and aesthetically sophisticated.

The completed office included Conference spaces that supported teleconference and information sharing with the home office in Geneva. RLS also design a custom Crestron interface to allow remote control of office environmental systems and teleconference operations via iPad or Smartphone devices.
