In the words of its President, James A. Donahue, the Graduate Theological Union (GTU) was created out of the belief that “the future of religious renewal and theological education in this world depends on the willingness of faith traditions to come together during differences.”
GTU’s Flora Lamson Hewlett Library is one of the largest theological libraries in the United States, possessing over 410,000 volumes and 285,000 microforms and other media.
