The project consisted of design and construction of a new video production studio, including a production control room, audio control room, and narration studio. The design included technical as well as lighting and acoustical treatments necessary for studio operations.
Acting as the primary designer and construction administrator, RLS provided programming and initial design consultation; interior architectural, acoustic, and lighting designs; technical systems integration for the production studios; and design criteria for the electrical isolation and HVAC noise isolation guidelines. RLS also generated all of the project drawings and specifications. To insure the quality of the finished facility, RLS administered and oversaw the bidding and construction process through project completion.
