As part of this project, Millennium Partners sought to create an environment wherein building management, residents, guests, and visitors can take advantage of current and future technologies. RLS was appointed as the prime technology consultant providing design services supporting the installation of a robust technology infrastructure, telecommunications and network systems, and an in-building distributed antenna system (DAS).
RLS also furnished design services for the installation of a building security system, which promoted safety and security for all occupants and visitors in and to the Development. The security system will provide access control and intrusion detection services for the restricted visitors.
AV systems designed by RLS will be installed in the residential lobby, elevator lobby, amenity level areas and restrooms, and private residential outdoor terraces, providing an interactive entertainment technology experience.
